• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
  • For jewelry items: The default return shipping fee is $5 USD.
  • For heavier items: The shipping fee is based on actual cost. Please contact us before returning the item for confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Products (For Customized Items)

The following products cannot be returned unless they have quality issues:

• Personalized custom-made products (e.g., items tailored to personal Feng Shui information).
• Items that have undergone special rituals (e.g., Feng Shui jewelry that has been blessed).
• Engraved, custom-colored, or uniquely designed products.

3. Non-Refundable Services (For Feng Shui Consultations)

• As Feng Shui consultation is a personalized, non-physical service, once the service begins, it is non-refundable.
• If you have concerns about the consultation results, we offer one free follow-up consultation within 7 days to ensure your satisfaction.
• If we fail to provide the service as scheduled due to our fault, you are eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled session.

4. Return Process

1. Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product via {customer service email} or our Contact Us page.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if related to a quality issue).
3. We will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with the return shipping address.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable).
